Shaun Greaves.

BA (Hons), DipURP, MRTPI

Shaun obtained a degree in Geography at Lancaster University in 1986 and shortly afterwards gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from Sheffield City Polytechnic. He spent 20 years working as a Town Planner for Councils in Derbyshire and Bedfordshire.

He specialises in planning appeals, housing and commercial planning applications and environmental issues.

Stephen Connell.

BA (Hons), DipTp, MRTPI

Stephen obtained a degree in Town and Country Planning from Oxford Brookes University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning from the University of West of England. He has worked for 9 years within a number of Council Planning Teams, most recently at Bedford Borough Council specialising in appeals.

Stephen specialises in both enforcement issues and Certificates of Lawfulness.
